Contact Center Solutions - Junior Technical Consultant
General Responsibility: become the company's expert resource in a particular call center solution. This responsibility entails:
- Preparing and delivering pre-sales demos to prospective clients
- Installing the solution based on the specifications of a solution architect
- Conducting training on the solution for clients
- Providing post-sales support as needed
Qualifications
- Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or ECE
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Learns new concepts and technologies quickly
- Interacts comfortably and confidently with clients
- Willing to work the night shift on an as-needed basis
- Familiarity with Call Center operations or technology (e.g., PABX) a plus
- Familiarity with Networks a plus
- Willingness to travel overseas for short-term assignments a plus
Formal training on the specific call center technology will be provided to the selected candidates.
