ClearMatch Support Center

Technical Support is available for ClearMatch users who have renewed their maintenance agreements. Customers with past-due license fees or maintenance invoices will not be eligible for support.

First year maintenance is included in the initial license purchase.

To Request Assistance:

Please provide the following information when you e-mail ClearMatch Technical Support:

  • Your Name, E-mail Address, Telephone and Fax Numbers

  • The method you prefer to be contacted

  • The name of your Company

  • The ClearMatch Build No. and Operating System used
    (as indicated in the About ClearMatch page)

  • Description of the error or problem encountered

  • Steps attempted to fix the problem

We will send an acknowledgment e-mail to confirm receipt of your technical support request.
